Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending an internal training session on “Scientific Management Research and Development” led by Chairman Lu Dingyi. This was not merely an imparting of knowledge, but also a refreshing of our thinking and an enlightenment of management philosophy.
Throughout the training, the clear articulation of the depth and breadth of the content gave us a more comprehensive and firmer understanding of the company’s future development direction.

The training did not begin by directly diving into dry management theory. Instead, it cleverly used “the contemporary policy of Japanese management philosophy” as an introduction, skillfully constructing a framework for thinking from the national to the corporate level, from macro to micro. This allowed us to instantly understand that excellent management is not without foundation, but is rooted in a broader social culture and the spirit of the times.
02 Presenting Complex Core Concepts Visually
Particularly noteworthy is the presentation method of this training. It went beyond a simple list of PowerPoint slides, carefully incorporating multiple video clips.
These videos acted as precise “translators,” transforming abstract management concepts into vivid and tangible visuals. This greatly helped us understand why flat management is an inevitable direction for organizational optimization—it’s not just a theoretical deduction, but also a visible and tangible source of efficiency and vitality.
03 Data Navigation Anchors Direction
When the screen zoomed out to show the company’s current personnel structure and organizational chart, we not only better understood the term “flat management,” but also intuitively saw our current position and the path to future optimization.
Simultaneously, interpreting the company’s annual sales data within the industry context and development strategy, this candid communication and clear blueprint presentation greatly enhanced the team’s trust and sense of direction.
Looking back on the entire training, Mr. Lu, with his profound professional expertise, forward-looking strategic vision, and excellent communication skills, provided us with a thoroughly enjoyable “mental workout.” We have every reason to believe that under such clear and powerful guidance, the company’s management optimization and future development will surely proceed steadily and sustainably.
