ps: Recently, the unfair competition dispute between Wuxi Boyu Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Kingshine Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. came to an end. The effective judgment document holds that Jiangsu Kingshine Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. had previously posted promotional videos of Wuxi Boyu Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd on its YouTube webpage, which constituted unfair competition. Therefore, Jiangsu Kingshine Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. is ordered to immediately cease the involved unfair competition behavior, compensate Wuxi Boyu Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd for economic losses and reasonable expenses paid to stop the infringement, and publish a notice in the People’s Court Daily to eliminate the impact. At present, Jiangsu Kingshine Plastic Machine Co., Ltd. has requested compensation for the corresponding losses according to the judgment and apologized in the newspaper.
